How to Replace the Starter on a 1992 Honda Accordance

Replacing the starter in your 1992 Honda Accord is a great project for the home mechanic and will take you about an hour with basic hand tools. The starter is located on the front of the engine near the radiator and dormie against the bell housing of the transmittal. Once it is out of the car, the starter can be bench-tested to determine if it is defective at most auto-parts stores or the Honda franchise.
Step 1
Locate the negative battery cable connected the bad battery terminal, and so remove the retaining bolt with a wrench. Set the cable parenthesis and so IT cannot reach the terminals happening the battery while you are working.

Unite the negative battery cable to the blackbal post of the battery and put in the retaining bolt. Tighten the bolt with a wrench and close the cowl.
